Shipping policy

We offer free shipping on orders over $180 in the US.

Orders will be processed within 2 business days, provided all items are in stock. You will be notified as soon as your order is shipped, and you will be given a tracking number if you've selected tracked package. Unless otherwise specified when you place your order, we use UPS ground shipping on all domestic shipments. Shipping rates are determined at check out.

Since we ship all of our products from Oakland and Los Angeles, California, orders to Canada, Mexico and Europe, can be delayed due to customs and national holidays. Please take this into consideration when placing your order.


International shoppers are responsible for duties in their home country. At the moment, we ship to the US, Mexico, Canada, France, Germany, Ireland, Italy, Netherlands, Norway, Portugal, Spain, Switzerland, and the UK. Any item that cannot ship outside of the U.S. will be restricted in the checkout process.

We require a signature for PayPal orders over $200.   

Sales tax will be applied automatically during the checkout process to customers in the U.S. taxes are based on the Province/Territory where the items are being shipped. Customers outside of the U.S. are not charged taxes, but do bear the sole responsibility for any duties your local customs office may charge.
