Return Policy
We accept returns for 14 days after delivery, or after in-store purchase. Returns must be in the original packaging and in unworn condition. If an item has been worn or is missing its box or tags, we can offer an exchange or store credit. Please note that plated race shoes and discounted items are final sale.
We ask that you wear your shoes around the house or take them out on a treadmill run to make sure they're the right shoes for you. Shoes that come back with significant wear, even if they are within the 30 day window, will be at our discretion unless there is a legitimate defect with the shoe.
Apparel must be clean and unused, with original tags for a refund or exchange.
Nutrition, water bottles, sale & clearance items, accessories & socks, and magazines are final sale.
Additionally, original shipping fees are non-refundable.
What is Redo?
When you opt in for Redo at checkout, your return shipping label is included, allowing you to return any item(s) in your order for an exchange or store credit for FREE.
If you decide not to buy Redo or if you prefer a full refund, you can still return your items, but you will be responsible for the cost of the return shipping label.
Note that your return choice affects what you pay:
- Refund to your original payment method: Your money goes back to the payment method used for your purchase. You must pay for return shipping, even if you purchased re:do return coverage.
- Store credit or Exchange: If you purchased re:do return coverage, your eligible return shipping is covered.
