Renegade Running Unsanctioned Challenge

Renegade Running Un-Sanctioned Challenge is designed to help bring meaning, purpose and some level of direction for our running during these times of many uncertainties.

Let’s bring this tumultuous year down the homestretch with a bang and support each other complete 1,2,3 or 4 laps around Lake Merritt 3.1 (5K) inner loop within the following categories: 

• Lap completion goals: Complete 1-4 laps without any time restrictions.
• Time completions goals: Complete 1-4 laps with specific time goals.

Prepare for the RRUC with our coaching services and resources:

• An individualized training plan tailored specifically around your goal for the RRUC.
• Training Support:

Members’ Roles: 

• Try your best to complete your training program and show up for the final challenge on December 6, 2020.
• Participate in all recommended virtual races and challenges organized by RR and our partners.  Virtual races and challenges will be integrated into your training plan to help you better prepare for your RRUC goals.  
• Share your experiences
