WHERE DO YOU SHIP?
We currently ship within the U.S., and to Canada, Mexico, Australia, New Zealand, Japan, Singapore, and Europe. Please note that some brands may not allow us to ship outside of the U.S. Any item that cannot ship outside of the U.S. will be restricted in the checkout process.
SHIPPING RATES:
United States:
Orders up to $50.00 ship at a flat rate of $10.00. Orders $50.01 - $249.99 ship at a flat rate of $15.00. Orders exceeding $250.00 ship FREE.
International:
All orders shipping outside of the U.S. will be calculated at checkout. Shipping is available to Europe, parts of Asia, Australia & New Zealand and only available as a tracked shipment at this time.
Rates will automatically be applied at checkout. All shipping fees are non-refundable.
WHEN CAN I EXPECT MY ORDER TO ARRIVE?
Your order will ship within 1 business day (excluding weekends and holidays), provided all items are in stock. You will be notified as soon as your order is shipped, and you will be given a tracking number if you've selected tracked package. Since we ship all of our products from Oakland, California, orders to Canada, Mexico and Europe, can be delayed due to customs and national holidays. Please take this into consideration when placing your order.
WHO DO YOU SHIP WITH?
All orders are shipped via United Parcel Service (UPS), unless otherwise specified. If you refuse any shipment from Renegade Running, you are still responsible for the original shipping costs as well as any duties, taxes and customs charges. This amount will be subtracted from your merchandise refund.
SALES TAXES
Sales tax will be applied automatically during the checkout process to customers in the U.S. taxes are based on the Province/Territory where the items are being shipped. Customers outside of the U.S. are not charged taxes, but do bear the sole responsibility for any duties your local customs office may charge.
Returns
Please read 'PRODUCT INFO' to ensure no product specific return policies apply.
Our return policy is 7 days for all in-store purchases and 14 days for all online purchases (from the date the package has been received) and applies to regular priced merchandise only. If the return window has expired we cannot offer you a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. Shoes must be in new condition with no outsole wear and must include the original box.
Items that are final sale and exempt from return include:
- ALL SALE ITEMS
- Items sold using a promotional discount code
- Bodyglide products
- Sports Bras
- Gift cards
- Nutriton products with the seal broken: gels, energy bars, drink mixes/tablets Intimate or sanitary products such as sports bras and under garments
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

If you receive your order and it is damaged or not complete please contact us
REFUNDS (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment.
SALE ITEMS
Sale and items purchased with a promotional code may not be returned.
PROMOTIONAL CODES
Promotional codes can only be applied during initial checkout and cannot be applied after a transaction has been processed. No price adjustments can be made for discount codes and all merchandise sold using a promotional code is final sale.
EXCHANGES (if applicable)
