Ultrasonic welding
You read that right: this cap is ultrasonic welded. And its seams are then reinforced with seam tape. Because we only make caps that live up to our (very) high standards. If you replace gear less, that’s good for the planet. So it’s in our nature to make things durable.

Using less material helps us cut down the cap’s impact. And also makes it super comfortable over longer distances. Add in a soft visor with air-flow holes, laser-cut side detailing for more ventilation, and an easy-adjust clasp, and you’ve got a cap made for every rolling terrain and mountainous gain you dream to conquer
